Abstract: Streptomyces anulatus S37 is an actinomycete able to colonize grapevine in-vitroplants and inhibit the growth of Botrytis cinerea. This strain has also a great potential to produceantifungal metabolites. These results indicate the potential of developing effective actinomycetesfrom Moroccan habitats for the biological control of B. cinerea. Further studies are ongoing tobetter understand the activity of each of the purified molecules.
