Abstract: The fungal development and conidial germination of Trizian 1 and of Closea 1, two biocontrol agents of Diplodia seriata, was not affected by pH values ranging from 4.5 to 7.5 or by temperatures ranging from 5 °C to 37 °C or by several agrochemicals, used to prevent trunk wood vine diseases other than those caused by Botryosphaeria. These characteristics are important for the development of a formulation containing these biocontrol agents (BCAs), where the development and production parameters should take them into account.
