Abstract: Wheat flour is one of the most common food ingredients in the world, and it occupies an important position in the food industry. European Commission indicates that 1,000 pesticides can be used in the crops. In our country, 233 plant PPPs are registered, which can be applied in the wheat. Of these, 25 are insecticidal formulations including two for the seed treatment, which are applied only during the seed processing. In this study a multiresidue method for the determination of 175 pesticides in 24 white flour samples using LC-MS/MS was used. The QuEChERS method was used for the extraction of different pesticides.
