Development, stability and biocontrol activity of a formulation based on Pseudomonas fluorescens Ps06

Description

Abstract: A Colombian strain of Pseudomonas fluorescens Ps06 was formulated as a powderwhich stabilized cells viability during six months at 8°C ± 2. This formulation significantlyreduced (P < 0.05) incidence and severity of first symptoms of tomato crown rot in 86% and50%, respectively. Developed biopesticide could be a useful tool to control F. oxysporum intomato crop.
