Elicitation responses in cucumber plants after treatment with a fraction of a liquorice leaf extract from Glycyrrhiza glabra L.

Abstract: Liquorice leaf extract and fraction 4 elicit early responses in treated, non-infected cucumber plants. Fraction 4 is likely to induce self defence reactions against Pseudoperonospora cubensis, which depend on the cucumber cultivar.
