Abstract: Using several approaches, including functional proteomics (recombinant enzymes, immunostainings), as well as CRISPR-mediated genome modification we aim to better understand the role and the contribution of individual genes and pathways in Tetranychus urticae pesticide resistance, with emphasis on cases of high level multi-resistance phenotypes.
