Abstract: The main goal of this study was to evaluate the resistance of 312 cultivars and various forms of oil radish (Raphanus sativus) using inoculation tests and root system observations using semi-high throughput root phenotyping system. All accessions were subjected to inoculation tests using two pathotypes of Plasmodiophora brassicae. Two Polish cultivars of oil radish Romesa and Rolsema were inoculated with 13 pathotypes. Their resistance to clubroot was strong and robust. The phenotyping of the root system done using rizotrones confirmed high resistance of tested radishes to clubroot.
