Abstract: SlyWRKY75 gene expression is induced in response to biotic stress, especially in Botrytis cinerea infected tomato plants. SlymiR1127-3p might be a putative regulator of SlyWRKY75 gene expression in tomato plants undergoing B. cinerea infection. Epigenetic markers that will allow studies of transgenerational inheritance of SlyWRKY75 stress biomarker were detected.
