Abstract: The spatio-temporal distribution of the leafhoppers Hebata vitis, Zygina rhamni, and Erasmoneura vulnerata and their egg parasitoid Anagrus atomus was studied in four northern Italian vineyards in relation to the surrounding woody vegetation. Results indicate that the presence of woody vegetation significantly influences the colonization patterns of E. vulnerata and A. atomus. This underscores the potential of adopting habitat management strategies, such as increasing the presence of plant species that favor the overwintering of parasitoids, to enhance sustainable viticulture practices.
