Direct effects of (LED) light on arthropod behaviour and biological pest control

Abstract: Light can influence biological pest control in multiple direct and indirect ways. In
this article I describe how different light properties can directly impact the behaviour of pests
and natural enemies and discuss how we can use this knowledge for improving biological pest
control in greenhouse horticulture.
